Your AI teammate can answer visitors’ questions, using what you’ve taught them. What they ask also feeds your reviews, so you find out what your page isn’t saying.

On a BoostGPT Site

In your Site’s Settings, open Site → Behaviour and turn on Answer questions on this Site. A chat bubble appears on every page straight away, with no republishing. It’s off until you turn it on. Then open Knowledge and index the pages you want it to answer from.

On any other website

Add this script to your website:
Replace YOUR_AGENT_UUID with your AI teammate’s ID, which you can copy in their Settings. The bubble appears in the bottom-right corner of your page. To make it open differently, set data-open-style:
  • normal (default): a floating chat window opens from the bubble
  • dock: a centered prompt bar that expands into a wider chat panel

Test it

  1. Open your website and click the chat bubble
  2. Ask something your AI teammate has been taught
  3. Check Conversations to see the transcript
