Mira works on her own where you let her, and stops to ask where you don’t. Two things always wait for you:
  • Sending to your list. It always asks first, whatever your settings say.
  • Publishing your Site. No setting lets her put changes live.

Choosing what she asks about

Every connection has an approval setting, in the connection’s settings under Connectors: every time, never, or per tool. An AI teammate can always ask more often than you set, never less.

Where approvals appear

When Mira needs you, she stops and shows an approval card in the conversation, saying what she wants to do. You also get a notification, and the card moves to Review on your board if it came from a task.

Plans

For a large piece of work, Mira can write a plan first. Nothing starts until you approve it, and you can ask her to change it.
