1

Go to Integrations

Navigate to Dashboard -> Integrations -> Connectors
2

Click Deploy next to the Gmail connector
3

Authenticate

  • Click the Tools tab
  • Click Add Tool
  • Select your deployed Gmail connector
5

Test It

Open the Playground and try:
Send an email to john@example.com saying "Meeting at 3pm"
Your agent will use the Gmail tool to send the email!
Your agent can now send emails! Try asking it to read, search, or compose emails.

What Just Happened?

  1. You deployed a connector - The Gmail connector is now running and connected to your Google account
  2. You connected it to your agent - Your agent now has access to Gmail tools
  3. Your agent uses it automatically - When you ask to send an email, the agent calls the Gmail tool

Available Tools

After connecting Gmail, your agent has access to these tools:
  • Send Email - Compose and send emails
  • Read Emails - Fetch inbox messages
  • Search Emails - Search by keywords, sender, date
  • Reply to Email - Reply to existing threads
