Conversations is your inbox. It holds every chat with your AI teammate, from your Site, your public chat page and email, so you can read what people asked and how they were answered.

Contacts

Contacts lists everyone your AI teammate has talked to: visitors on the chat page and people who emailed. Use Export CSV to download the list. From a contact you can stop all email to them. They then stop receiving email from every AI teammate in your project, including follow-ups, replies and verification codes.

Contacts and leads

Contacts and leads are different lists:

	Contacts	Leads
Who	People who talked to your AI teammate	People who joined a list on your Site
Where	Contacts in your AI teammate’s sidebar	Your Site’s Settings → Audience → Leads

People who join your newsletter are leads. See Forms.
