Connect Twilio to send SMS messages and make phone calls.

Setup

Deploy

Dashboard → Integrations → Connectors → Find Twilio → Deploy

Add to Agent

Agent → Tools tab → Add Tool → Select Twilio

Configure

Enter your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token

Test

Playground: “Send SMS to +1234567890 saying ‘Test message‘“

Example Usage

User: "Send SMS to +1555123456 about the meeting at 2pm"

Agent: SMS sent to +1555123456:
       "Reminder: Meeting at 2pm today"

Integration Example

With HubSpot: 
User: "Send SMS reminders to all contacts with meetings today"

Agent: *fetches HubSpot contacts with meetings*
       *sends SMS via Twilio*

       Sent 8 SMS reminders via Twilio
