Connecting

In the dashboard, open Connectors, find Square and press Connect. The key you enter is checked against Square before anything is saved, so a key that is refused never becomes a connection that fails later.

Getting the credential

Go to Square Developer Dashboard
Click Create your first application or New Application
Enter application name and select account
Go to Credentials tab
Copy Application ID and Access Token
Choose Sandbox for testing or Production for live transactions
Configure OAuth redirect URL if using OAuth flow
