Event types and bookings. Did the call to action work — is anybody actually booking the call?

Connecting

In the dashboard, open Connectors, find Cal.com and press Connect. The key you enter is checked against Cal.com before anything is saved, so a key that is refused never becomes a connection that fails later.

What you will need

Getting the credential

Go to https://app.cal.com/settings/developer/api-keys, generate a new API key, and paste it here.

Notes

Use ISO 8601 for all timestamps (2026-05-15T10:00:00Z)
The timeZone parameter uses IANA names — e.g. America/New_York, not EST

What an agent can do with it

Tool	What it does
`get_me`	Get the authenticated user (account info, default event types, schedules).
`list_event_types`	List bookable event types (the things prospects can book — discovery call, intro call, etc.). Optionally filter by username.
`get_event_type`	Get a single event type by ID, including duration, locations, and required fields.
`list_bookings`	List bookings (scheduled calls). Filter by status, attendee email, or event type.
`get_booking`	Get details of a single booking by its UID (the public booking identifier).
`create_booking`	Create a new booking on behalf of an attendee. Use this to book a discovery call directly from the chat.
`cancel_booking`	Cancel a booking by UID. Optionally include a cancellation reason.
`reschedule_booking`	Reschedule a booking to a new start time.
`get_schedule`	Get an availability schedule by ID (working hours, blocked times).
`get_availability`	Get available time slots for a given event type within a time range — use this to suggest specific booking times to a prospect.
