Connecting

In the dashboard, open Connectors, find Ideogram and press Connect. The key you enter is checked against Ideogram before anything is saved, so a key that is refused never becomes a connection that fails later.

Notes

rendering_speed trades quality against cost: TURBO, DEFAULT, QUALITY.
num_images is charged per image.
Results are copied onto BoostGPT storage, so the link keeps working.

What an agent can do with it

Tool	What it does
`generate_image`	Generate an image from a text prompt with Ideogram v4. Use this when the image needs readable words in it — posters, logos, signage — which most image models render badly.
`generate_transparent`	Generate an image with a transparent background — for a logo or sticker meant to sit on top of something else.
`get_generation`	Fetch a generation by id. Only needed when a request was made with async set; an ordinary call returns the image directly.
