Connect Outlook to send and manage emails through Microsoft.

Setup

Deploy

Dashboard → Integrations → Connectors → Find Outlook Email → Deploy

Add to Agent

Agent → Tools tab → Add Tool → Select Outlook Email

Configure

Sign in with Microsoft account (OAuth)

Test

Playground: “Send a test email to myself”

User: "Send email to john@company.com about tomorrow's meeting"

Agent: Sent email to john@company.com via Outlook

Integration Example

With Salesforce: 
User: "Email all Salesforce leads from this week"

Agent: *fetches Salesforce leads*
       *sends emails via Outlook*

       Sent 12 emails to new leads
