Setup

Deploy

Dashboard → Integrations → Connectors → Find Gmail → Deploy

Add to Agent

Agent → Tools tab → Add Tool → Select Gmail

Configure

Sign in with Google and grant Gmail permissions (OAuth)

Playground: “Send an email to john@example.com saying hello”

User: "Send an email to sarah@company.com with subject 'Meeting Tomorrow'
       and say we'll meet at 2pm"

Agent: I've sent the email to sarah@company.com

Integration Example

With HubSpot: 
User: "Find all emails from leads in HubSpot and reply to them"

Agent: *searches HubSpot for leads*
       *searches Gmail for their emails*
       *sends personalized replies*

       Sent 5 follow-up emails to HubSpot leads
