# Getting Signups Into Your List

> Every signup from your Site goes into the newsletter tool you already use.

Your list stays in your own account. Connect your tool, and each new signup goes straight into it.

**1. Connect your tool**

Open **Connectors**, find your [newsletter tool](https://docs.boostgpt.co/newsletter/tools.md) and press **Connect**.

**2. Choose the list**

Most tools ask which list Site signups should join. Choose it in the connection settings.

**3. Give it to Mira**

Open your AI teammate's **Tools** page and add the connection, so she can draft in it.

To see how signups are doing, open your Site's **Settings**, then **Audience → Leads**.

![Each signup shows where it came from, and whether it reached your list.](https://mintcdn.com/boostgpt-24074986/acunUA0oSYsGxvUc/images/app/leads.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=acunUA0oSYsGxvUc\&q=85\&s=c4bec921012edda2aa553e8cd451ee60)

Each signup shows where it came from, and whether it reached your list.

## What happens when something goes wrong

| | |
| - | - |
| **Your tool is down or busy** | The signup is saved in BoostGPT, and Mira keeps trying for a week. |
| **You pass your plan's form entries** | New signups are still saved, and we let you know. Only surveys and contact forms pause until you upgrade. |
| **You have no tool yet** | Signups are saved in BoostGPT, under **Leads**. They are not sent to a tool you connect later. |

Spam is filtered before it reaches your list. See [Forms](https://docs.boostgpt.co/site/forms.md) for what your Site can collect.
