# Without a Newsletter Tool

> No tool yet? The page is the issue, and signups wait safely in BoostGPT.

You don't need a newsletter tool to start. Signups are saved in BoostGPT, under **Audience → Leads**.

BoostGPT doesn't send bulk email itself, so without a tool, the page is the issue:

**1. Ask for an issue**

Ask Mira to write this week's issue. She saves it as a draft on your Site.

**2. Read it**

You can read it in your preview. Visitors can't see it yet.

**3. Publish it**

Press **Publish issue** in **Audience → Issues**.

**Copy as email** copies the issue so you can paste it into a tool you haven't connected, such as Substack or beehiiv.

When you connect a tool later, your past issues stay as they are, and [the usual flow](https://docs.boostgpt.co/newsletter/issues.md) takes over.
