# Contacts & Conversations

> Who has talked to your AI teammate, and what they said.

## Conversations

**Conversations** is your inbox. It holds every chat with your AI teammate, from your Site, your public chat page and
email, so you can read what people asked and how they were answered.

## Contacts

**Contacts** lists everyone your AI teammate has talked to: visitors on the chat page and people who emailed. Use **Export
CSV** to download the list.

From a contact you can stop all email to them. They then stop receiving email from every AI teammate in your project,
including follow-ups, replies and verification codes.

## Contacts and leads

Contacts and leads are different lists:

| **Who** | People who talked to your AI teammate | People who joined a list on your Site |
| **Where** | **Contacts** in your AI teammate's sidebar | Your Site's **Settings → Audience → Leads** |
