# Channels

> The ways people can reach your AI teammate, beyond your Site.

Most people meet Mira on your Site. These are the other ways to reach her. To see them all, open your AI teammate's
**Settings**, then **Overview** under Channels.

| Channel | What it does |
| - | - |
| **AI teammate email** | People email this address, and every reply stays in one Inbox conversation |
| **Public chat page** | A standalone chat page, on its own link |
| **Website channels** | The [chat widget](https://docs.boostgpt.co/site/chat/overview.md), for a website that isn't on BoostGPT |
| **Advanced channels** | Slack, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp and Crisp, through the [Router SDK](https://docs.boostgpt.co/sdk/router/overview.md) |

## AI teammate email

Open **Settings → AI teammate email** to turn it on, and to choose who hears about new mail.

## Public chat page

Turn on **Public chat page** to give your AI teammate a link of their own. You can put it on your own domain under
**Settings → Domain**.
