# useSend

> Contact books and campaigns on useSend, hosted or your own server. Mira adds signups and drafts campaigns for you to approve.

## Connecting

In the dashboard, open **Connectors**, find useSend and press **Connect**. The key you enter is checked against useSend before anything is saved, so a key that is refused never becomes a connection that fails later.

### What you will need

| Field | What it is |

| API address | Leave blank for useSend's hosted service, or enter your server's address ending in /api |
| API key | Settings → API keys |
| Contact book for Site signups | The contact book id new signups join |

| `create_campaign` | Save a new campaign as a draft. It is never sent from here. |
| `schedule_campaign` | Send a campaign at scheduledAt (ISO 8601; a minute from now sends it right away) |
| `pause_campaign` | Pause a campaign that is sending |
